Every morning, the first site that I always visit is the Entrecard site to drop EC to droppers like me. I went to TCCB( the Club Crawler Blog) . I was very surprised upon seeing my blog in the front page:) I read it and found out someone ,submitted my site to his directory.  I was flattered with his kind post and thought I should post it here in my blog to of course to show it off lol, to thanks the reader by submitting it and to repay the admin of TCCB's kind words:) I don't know if that certain reader found my blog to EC or it is is my personal friend but Thank you ,Thank u for taking the time to submit my site and of course ;Thank's TCCB for your review and kind words:) I would have made you both a meal for doing this but I bet you both are far from me so tell you what i will do.. Last Halloween, I tried the recipe called Pollo Relleno.  It is kind of like Chicken Kiev but Mexican style and a bit spicy. I forgot to take the green chilis out for my kids but they seem to like it anyway. It wasn't very spicy since I removed the seeds. Instead of sticking with Mexican course I colaborated it with Italian by serving it with Angel Hair Pasta and drizzled some Alfredo sauce with Mushroom. I just usually buy a jar of Alfredo Sauce in the local grocer. To add flavor with it, I simply sautee the sliced musroom along with garlic and add the Alfredo sauce. Cook until bubbly. This is the first time that we only stayed at home for the whole Halloween week. Usually we bring our kids to Boo@ the Zoo  for trick or treating. It is safer this way than letting them go to each house and we'll never know what will happen. Usually the Zoo has a lot of sponsors from the local Dentists, Hospitals, Radio Stations, Groceries, Restaurants and other business here in Lincoln. They have staff that participates at the event adn wear costumes and hand out candies. Last Halloween, we ate our dinner at ...

My daughter has been asking me to make some cheesecake. We all love blueberries and one thing I like also is caramel. I have seen different recipes of Blueberry Cheesecake and Caramel Cheesecake. I like them both but I don't have time making 2 cheesecakes so I decided to combine them both. It actually tasted great! One thing that I will change if I ever make this again is that I will not puree the blueberries, I guess I will just combine them not puree them. There's nothing wrong with it really I think I just want it thicker so maybe I will add sugar if I ever want to just combined them or cook them first then stir it in the filling.This is just something to think about. I love the bottom layer.. the caramel with pecans is just delectable. While I was melting the caramels and when I added the pecans I just want to freeze them and make a caramel pecan brittle out of it!( huh not a bad idea!) I should try this one! Last year, I made my husband a b-day cake called Chocolate Domingo Cake I found from the book called The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum. I added pecans because my husband like Pecans. I migrated this post from my other blog called MY DRAMA.I still have recipes in there that needed to be moved and erased. Making this cake was fun for me not only because I get to decorate it with sifted sugar but also it was for my husband.Now that I am talking about that book, I have to open it up again and find some other cake that I can try. Posting this recipe was fun too,my cousin Weng called me up and tried this recipe after I posted this the first time in my other blog.
