I love Chinese food a lot!~ I am Asian and I have Chinese blood running through my veins so it's just reasonable that I love Chinese food.  Anyway, let's talk about my bad experience in one of those Chinese Buffet thing first.~ My friend took me into a Chinese Buffet here in Lincoln, my friend likes to eat in the buffet coz she thinks it's cheaper . I don't think it is because for me buffet is only good if you are super hungry. If you only eat 1 or 2 dish and don't even try all the stuff that's in there then why bother paying $8 for lunch? Anyway, so we pay, we picked out foods, we sat, chat and ate. Then I had to go to the restroom. Guess what happened? there's only 2 stalls in there and all of them are full. So I waited in line and the lady came out , I figured that she works in the Chinese restaurant because she was wearing their apron... I thought  wtf, she went to the crapper with her apron on, it took her a while to finish crapping and .....she DID NOT WASHED HER HANDS!!!!!!!  OMG My ...

As you can see i changed the look of my blog again. I was messing with the plug-ins and there was an error in my clockwork template so I decided to just change the theme. I saw this theme in Eblog Templates, It's actually designed by WP Elements. I just liked the style so I grabbed it right away. I like the dark color and the presentation. I don't think I will change my theme for Christmas this year. I might adopt Christmas pixels but I don't want to change it to Christmas theme. Anyway, this is it for now and I have to clean up a bit. It's really cold here today and I just thought I have to warm myself with good o' Cheese Broccoli Soup.  I had to get out thsi morning to wait for teh school bus with my kids and it was just too cold. The bus driver is absent again so they have to sent the sub-driver that was 5 minutes late. Anyway, As soon as I got home; I open a can of Cheese Broccoli Soup and warm it up in the microwave and I added a dash of cayenne pepper to make it bolder. I had to indulged myself with some warm and spicy soup. Winter is really coming along. I think we will see thesnow anytime soon here in Nebraska. Personally, I don't want to and if I have some kind of super power.. I will definitely block the snow from coming here! It's a sad thought when you hate snow and you are stuck into a place where it's cold and snows hard!  ughh... Anyway, I have to stop my rambling ehre coz I have to get into the shower and have to go eat lunch with hubby...   c yah..

Last Thursday, I made some Beef Taco & Cookies for my family. The Beef Taco took me so long to cook because the process of marinating it and baking and pulling & frying takes forever.. I'm not going to lie to you it does.. but I'm telling you if your try it, It is worth your time coz your family will love it like mine. Everytime I make it , it's always a hit! Anyway, last Thursday, My husband took my kids to the Skating Rink and I was left at home cooking! I decided to make them soem cookies while waiting for the Tacos to be done. I have a recipe for Chocolate cookies and I decided to add some Macadamia Nuts & Toffee bits just for a change and boy oh boy was it good.. I like to make big and chunky cookies and this one was perfect. It takes forever to cook because there's only so much that can fit into the cookie sheet . Anyway, I ended up making lots of them. Yesterday, I woke up early just to mess with my sites. Elena also got up very early and demanded food since she didn't really eat the night before. I made her a egg sandwich while I indulged for something sweet. I bought the Knotts Blueberry Preserve and man oh man , it was delicious. As you can see it still has bluberry pieces in it. It is sweet but now yucky sweet. Yes , I love blueberry that is why I have something Blueberry stuff in my pantry. I don't know why but I love it. So while Elena was getting full with her Egg Sandwich, I started my day with Something Sweet.. P.S I got another one from Enid.. This one is a friendship Tag , so this also goes to all my blogmates.
