Some Cheesecake

My daughter has been asking me to make some cheesecake. We all love blueberries and one thing I like also is caramel. I have seen different recipes of Blueberry Cheesecake and Caramel Cheesecake. I like them both but I don’t have time making 2 cheesecakes so I decided to combine them both. It actually tasted great! One thing that I will change if I ever make this again is that I will not puree the blueberries, I guess I will just combine them not puree them. There’s nothing wrong with it really I think I just want it thicker so maybe I will add sugar if I ever want to just combined them or cook them first then stir it in the filling.This is just something to think about.
I love the bottom layer.. the caramel with pecans is just delectable. While I was melting the caramels and when I added the pecans I just want to freeze them and make a caramel pecan brittle out of it!( huh not a bad idea!) I should try this one!

ka lucky ba kaayo sa imong mga kidos kay mapa tughan jud sa ilang gusto nga kaonon kay maayo man ka mo luto.
