Dinner at Texas Roadhouse

The first time I tried Texas Roadhouse was during our vacation in Tennessee. My aunt in law took us one night for dinner and it was a pleasant experienced. We had a good waiter and we had delectable food and a good experienced. The second time was the newly opened Texas Roadhouse here in Lincoln Nebraska.My kids enjoyed the crowd and the barrel-full of peanuts. Ethan always says that “This place is a place where you can be messy”. They love eating the peanuts and the fact that you can throw it in the floor. This is what makes Texas Roadhouse different from others. My husband didn’t enjoy his food but I did and we all enjoyed the place and we had a nice waitress.
We all love their complimentary Rolls with Cinnamon Butter. It is delicious and this will always be my favorite in this Restaurant.We also get the Cactus Blossom which is like Blooming Onions in The Outback restaurant.They also got good House salad in this place.
Anyway, back to the experienced ( talking about all these food makes me hungry).
Okay the 3rd time we went to this place was different. We still like the crowd, we even used the call ahead to reduce the waiting time. The nuts are still there , the good ole Rolls with Cinnamon butter was still delicious as well as the salad. However, the steak is hard, the ribs are dry and our waiter is not really good. Maybe it was because it was a busy day for them but still restaurants are always busy during weekends so there should not be any reason that this experienced turns into a C-.
But eventhough with this experienced, we still consider Texas Roadhouse is a good restaurant and I will go back to this restaurant in the future. One experienced doesn’t mean that they suck maybe it was just those days and that waiter. We still enjoyed our time dining in at Texas Roadhouse.My kids still like the place and we still like the crowd, the atmosphere and the place.

Hi thanks for the comment! yes that’s true! Actually the "murder" I quoted on my recent post is something that happened back in the 1990’s (if am not mistaken) and Claudio Teehankee was involved in the Hultman-Chapman murder case. Thanks for the link u provided. As I was reading it, I remembered the case but I was at least 1st yr. h.s. I didn’t know that the perpetrator was freed by Arroyo.

hello thanks for replying back! sure it was a very interesting case kasi sayang talaga si Hultman she was young and such a pretty lady who had so many dreams in life…. highschool ka nun? okay….okay…ako sige highschool na lang rin hahahaha… pero deep down hindi pero nag-aaral pa rin ako (sobrang defensive e no?)….

@enid=oo nga kawawa naman yung victims. alam mo ang naaalala ko na maliwanag pa sa brain ko yong nangyari noon sa Laguna yung magandang girl. oo 1991 parang kalalabas ko lnag ng elemntary pa noon pero ngayun as in feeling old nako wahhh..

@aprille=hello happy hump day rin:) hay nako malapit narin matapos ang week kaso eto balik normal scheduel ko nanaman. hindi nako makatulog until noon lol. malapit na rin Halloween . what’s u’r plan? my kids decided to skip on costumes and trick and treatings a zoo so we will only be at home giving out treats:) tc and enjoy the rest of u’r week:)
