Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups carrots, cut into lengthwise
1 green bell pepper, cut into lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut into lengthwise
5 stalks of celery, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb. chicken , cut into servings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 vinegar
pepper and MSG ( optional) for taste
1 tbsp. oil (for marinating)
1 tbsp. oil (for cooking)
Procedure:
1. In a 1 gal. freezer bag, put in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, pepper and MSG(optional).Add chicken and shake it to soak the chicken.Marinate chicken for half hour to 1 hour. Flip bag every 25 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the veggies.
2.Fry chicken until done. Check the chicken, it should be 180*. Set aside.Heat oil, saute garlic and onions.Add the rest of the ingredients cook until tender crisp.Stir in cooked chicken and stir-fry. season with salt and pepper if you like.
3. Serve with rice and Enjoy!
