I love Mushrooms, despite of what I saw on TV on how they made Mushrooms;it didn't stopped me from eating and loving it! As always I experiment on making a Sautéed Mushroom a year ago and my family loved it... and most especially me. So every time I cook some steaks they always demand for my Sautéed Mushroom. Yesterday I broiled some steaks because I was so craving for it and of course, my Sautéed Mushroom was a hit as usual.. I usually eyeball the ingredients but I just put in the measurement as a guide. Always taste until you reach the desired taste u like.So here's the recipe that I want to share with u!
Ingredients:
1 or 2 packages of any kind of mushroom of your choice ( I used regular mushroom coz that's what i got in my fridge I usually go for Portabello), sliced and rinsed
1 small red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Olive oil
About 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
About 3 tbsp. Sherry Cooking Wine
Procedure:
1. Heat oil and drop in Mushrooms, let it cook for 3 min. Stir in garlic and onions and cook for another 4 min.
2. Add Worcestershire Sauce and let it cook until the bubbly. ...
